Overview of renovations to 1101 Iredell Street, Durham, NC 27705

 

General;

·         New Goodman 95%+ gas furnace with AC  feeding original registers and returns, but brought to current building codes

·         New 200A  electrical service, new breaker panel, all knob and tube wiring replaced and brought up to  current building codes

·         All galvanized water pipes have been changed to copper

·         New R-38 insulation in attic, new R-19 in basement again to current codes

·         New sash cords/ weights  replaced on all windows

·         New paint inside and out; storms removed, windows painted , storms replaced

·         New 30 yr light colored  energy efficient asphalt shingles on front roof ( rear was re-roofed previously and is in good condition ) Shingles at front will match…
